I am a master colorist and stylist and have operated my own studio in the Cary/Apex area for over 20 years. Cancellation Policy
Please kindly strive to give a 48 HOUR notice to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE appointments to provide availability for others and protect my time.
Any Cancellations 24 HOURS or LESS is considered a “LATE CANCELLATION ” and results in a 30% charge of booked services.
Appointments during HOLIDAY weeks or longer than 4 hours kindly require a 72 HOUR notice of RESCHEDULE or CANCELLATION and 48 Hours or less is considered a “LATE CANCELLATION “ and results to a 50% charge of booked services at full price excluding VIP pricing or special offers.
